Bringing nearly twenty years of experience in the Sacramento real estate market, Garland has been associated with some of the area’s leading real estate developers since 1984 including Morrison Homes, Winncrest Homes and JTS.
He has organized, managed and completed over 1,400 high-end, tract and private single-family residences. This hands-on experience provided him with an intimate understanding of all aspects of the construction process, including architectural design review, scheduling, hiring and supervision of sub-contractors, budgeting, quality control, homeowners associations and public relations.
Known as a problem-solver, Garland’s excellent interpersonal and motivational skills enabled him to consistently meet both budget and deadline. In fact, Garland’s commitment to quality and customer service was so exceptional that he was a three-time recipient of the coveted President’s Circle Award during his four-year tenure at Morrison Homes.
